Prettys' team, headed by David Clark, has been advising a developer on a mixed-use e-development on the Kent Coast worth several million pounds. Quoted from Chambers and Partners, A Client's Guide to the Legal Profession 2007,
An esteemed player on the Ipswich stage, Prettys dispenses real estate advice to owner-managed businesses, retailers and finance providers. Like its neighbouring firms, it boasts a flourishing development clientele and is currently acting on the continuing redevelopment of the Woodbridge Primary School site for Suffolk County Council. It has also cultivated expertise in representing the owners and operators of care homes and handled a series of acquisitions and disposals for care home operators. Among the prominent names on the department's client roster are Citibank, Nationwide, Otley College and RBS. Development expert David Clark oversees the commercial property department. The firm also fields a residential property team dedicated to the French property market.
