We provide specialist legal services to the transport industry, locally, nationally and internationally. We also act for insurers on both contentious and non-contentious matters. Our clients currently include some of the largest transport companies in the United Kingdom, including those active in air cargo, and the logistics industry.

We go that extra mile and to that end we aim to provide a comprehensive service to our transport clients in the various areas that are of particular relevance to organisations within the transport industry. For example we have devised an on-line debt recovery facility www.netchaser4.co.uk. Our services include recoveries, dispute resolution, (with specialist expertise in the carriage of goods by air under the Warsaw and Montreal conventions), drafting bespoke terms and conditions, corporate advice in relation to buying and selling businesses, and advice on shipping, as well as pure transport matters, employment law (including tax implications) and property advice.

Our recent work has included:

advising an international logistics company on multi-million pound trans-European logistics contracts
acting for the sellers on the disposal of a transport company for a consideration of over £20 million
winning a 7 figure breach of contract claim against a shipping line, including through the Court of Appeal.

We are members of UKWA, the Institute of Transport & Logistics and the Association of Average Adjusters.
