Employers offered new techniques for Dispute Resolution in the workplace

For many employers, issues within the workplace can not only monopolise management time, but can also impact the morale of employees. Employment law experts at law firm Prettys will be discussing techniques for alternative dispute resolution in the context of employment during a free 30 minute webinar on Wednesday 14th September at 10am.

As part of a series of free employment law webinars, this session will outline how employers can use different techniques such as mediation and collaborative discussion to proactively deal with issues and help keep their business on track.

Kelly Sayers, head of employment law at Prettys said: “We know that disputes at work can be costly and time consuming as they impact on staff morale, productivity and even a company’s reputation. Our webinar will provide employers with practical information about the types of alternative dispute resolution that can be used to address issues quickly and avoid matters escalating.”
