Our next webinar "Dealing with Dismissals", on Wednesday 5th April 2017 will be a refresher session on one of the most fundamental aspects of employee relations. We will look at recent cases on unfair dismissal and discrimination, and what they mean for how we do things. We will also look at what should be in contracts to assist you when the end comes, and when and how to use settlement agreements to best effect.

We often hold ad-hoc workshops to consider emerging and significant legislative changes.
We will be holding an interactive workshop on Gender Pay Gap Reporting. The second consultation closed on 11 March 2016 and the outcome is expected in the summer. The Government intends to publish a package of guidance to accompany the Regulation which are due to come into force in October 2016. We intend to hold this workshop in September at which point it is hoped that the final Regulations and guidance will be available.
