Zöe is a Partner in the Estate Planning department and has over ten years’ experience in Wills, Estates, Tax and Trusts having trained at a local firm. She joined Prettys in October 2007 and was promoted to Partner in May 2013 and is Head of the Estate Planning department.
Zöe advises on all aspects of private client work including Wills, probate, the administration of insolvent estates, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications, care fee planning advice, inheritance tax planning, trusts and contentious probate matters.
Zöe is a full member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP) following her successful completion of a post-graduate diploma. STEP is the leading professional body for trust and estate practitioners worldwide and full members are considered the most experiences and senior practitioners in the field of trusts and estates.

Kelly studied in Northampton and Chelmsford before qualifying as a Solicitor at a law firm with offices in London and East Anglia. Kelly joined Prettys on qualification in 2002 and became an Associate in 2005. She became a Partner in 2008 and Head of the Employment Services team in May 2011.
Kelly advises on the full range of HR and employment related issues including managing difficult employees, defending complex Employment Tribunal claims, advising on redundancy and restructuring exercises, and advising on the employment aspects of corporate transactions. She also advises on policies and procedures and undertakes training to managers, HR teams and directors on a range of employment subjects.
Kelly works for organisations across a variety of sectors including healthcare, logistics, leisure, construction, engineering, manufacturing, financial services and energy. Her clients include large multinationals, NHS Trusts, local authorities and charities as well as family owned businesses and start-ups. Kelly also acts for senior executives.
