Dutch logistics company IRF Holdings BV has called upon the support of East Anglian law firm Prettys for the acquisition of freight forwarders UFS.

IRF has worked alongside UFS for over 20 years and established a strong working relationship. The acquisition provides IRF the opportunity to expand further into the UK as well as growing the business across Europe.

In addition to managing the acquisition for an undisclosed sum, Prettys also facilitated the transfer of shares and ownership of commercial property in the UK.

Prettys’ corporate and commercial team managed the acquisition with support from experts in the commercial property team.
