Penny Gordon

Penny is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX) and worked in the local area for 8 years before joining the Residential Property Department at Prettys in 2005.

Having worked in Conveyancing for many years, Penny has forged close links with local agents and businesses; in particular she has considerable experience dealing with new developments.

Nigel George TEP

Nigel has been a solicitor for more than 30 years and has a wide body of legal experience. He became a member of STEP (The Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners) in 2014. This is considered the Gold standard for providing advice on wills, trusts and  Inheritance tax.  

Nigel encourages all of his clients to engage in effective tax planning. He has a keen interest in Dementia, Mental Capacity and end of life care and has delivered a number of seminars on these subjects to those in the medical, social care and wider community. He is a member of the National Council of Palliative Care, the Alzheimer’s Society and a Dementia Champion.  He’s a great believer in encouraging clients to plan ahead and  believes it’s just as important to consider the person as the legal problem they face.

Siân Llewelyn

Siân graduated from the University of Exeter in 2014 with a degree in Law. She then joined Prettys as a Paralegal and worked on business development and assisted with personal injury insurance projects.

Siân left Prettys in 2015 to go on to study the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in London, where she obtained a distinction. Siân returned to Prettys in September 2016 to commence her training contract and has her first seat within the Insurance department.
