Samantha completed her LLB law degree at Sheffield Hallam University and graduated from her LLM Masters course at the University of Sussex in 2007. Samantha studied part time for her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in London. She commenced her training contract with Prettys in March 2010, qualifying in March 2012.

Sam's recent work includes:

· advising an insurer in relation to a claim for a refund of monies paid for chargeback debts as a result of
  an airline becoming insolvent; and
· advising a freight forwarder as to their position when in possession of goods which were involved in an
  administration.
