Netchaser

Netchaser is an online credit control system for clients who are fed up of the never-ending hassle of chasing up payment for overdue invoices. The system is an easy to use interface between your office and our office and allows you to send out a series of four credit control letters. The website address for Netchaser is www.prettysecure.co.uk.

The letters are printed on Prettys' headed paper and sent out on a daily basis. If the debt remains unpaid, proceedings can be issued on your behalf and, provided the debt remains undefended, judgment can be entered.

You can choose to enter the process at any point between letters 1 and 4. If a claim becomes defended you are notified by email and, on your instruction, the claim can be progressed by our Debt Recovery Team on the basis of standard fee arrangements, which will be agreed at the relevant time.

To view a sample of each letter, visit www.prettysecure.co.uk/howto.asp.

Netchaser is a fully encrypted service on a secure server and protected by a digital certificate. All information provided by you is held confidentially on your behalf in accordance with Law Society professional conduct regulations.

If you require a brochure or any further information, please contact Rachel Fortnum-Adams on 01473 298287 or rfortnumadams@prettys.co.uk.

What they say about us

Quoted from Chambers 2008

This top debt recovery practice has acquired some prominent clients recently, including Texaco. The bulk of its work is in unsecured debt recoveries, with some book debt recovery work. The online recovery system is particularly popular with clients seeking an economic and efficient means of producing letters before action. When enforcement proceedings are required, the department offers a less process-driven service involving analyses of debtors’ means. A tailored recovery service is also on offer, attracting a number of international clients. According to clients, "situations are explained in black and white, so laymen feel their needs are really being met".
