Debt Recovery 

Sometimes there may be particular issues about a debt, or a debtor.  We have means to, for example, investigate the financial wherewithal of a debtor.  On occasions it may be appropriate to accelerate the recovery process, and for example threaten a debtor with immediate insolvency.  Particularly if there are competing demands between creditors, the adage that 'He who shouts loudest wins' is often borne out.
