We advise on all areas of aviation law, including the acquisition and disposal of private aircraft.  We can prepare and negotiate the Aircraft Purchase Agreement, the Escrow Agreement (including, in certain circumstances, acting as escrow agent) and any related post-acquisition agreements, such as contracts for refurbishment.  We have dealt with the acquisition of companies involved in the aviation sector and have specialise knowledge of the regulatory regime and its impact on such transactions.

We also have experience of advising on a variety of commercial agreements relating to the aviation sector, including avionics upgrade agreements, operating lease agreements, and agreements relating to the provision of services at airports.
