We have a team of experts with experience of advising social enterprises as they establish themselves, win business and ensure that they have a robust and sustainable future.

With many years experience working with charities, third sector organisations and extensive work in the public sector we can advise Social Entrepreneurs on the most appropriate business structure to adopt, governance, and procurement, as well as the range of legal issues that social enterprises, in particular, will face.

We are delighted to be at the forefront of this important emerging sector and our recent work has included:

The merger of two social enterprises in the healthcare sector
The acquisition of a substantial property for a mental health charity
A reorganisation of the governance structure for an inward investment organisation

We have special expertise in the HR aspects of procurement – particularly public sector TUPE transfers – and in helping you find the right corporate and trading structure for new enterprises.

We share our expertise in working with social enterprises through our approach to Corporate Social Responsibility. We support the School for Social Entrepreneurs in Suffolk and are actively involved with community-related projects.
