WORK SYNOPSIS:

Jade is an experienced Litigation Executive in Prettys Personal Injury and Insurance Services team, based in Ipswich.

Jade joined the personal injury team at Prettys in 2015 after 7 years at a regional law firm where she initially pursued claims for uninsured losses incurred in road traffic accidents and subsequently worked in a Court of Protection team assisting clients with brain injuries. 

Currently studying with CILEx Law School, Jade is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.

EXPERTISE:

Jade handles a wide range of personal injury matters including injuries resulting from road traffic accidents, accidents at work, and accidents that take place on public and private property. Handling a wide variety of cases including litigated matters, high-value injuries and cases involving children, Jade has a wide range of experience with personal injury claims.

RECENT WORK:

  • Representing a minor who sustained dental injuries in a soft play centre that was not safe and adequate. 
  • Representing an elderly pedestrian who sustained injuries when she was hit by a vehicle while walking on a path.
  • Representing a client who was not provided with adequate equipment to carry out his job and subsequently incurred orthopaedic injuries to his hand with permanent ongoing symptoms. 
  • Representing a client who suffered injuries when a large item of furniture fell on top of him in a store. 
  • Representing a minor who suffered orthopaedic injuries to both arms due to an accident at school. 
  • Representing a client who sustained orthopaedic injuries and organ damage following an alleged assault.
  • Successfully pursuing the MIB on behalf of a client who sustained a fracture to her back following an accident with an untraced driver.
