Work Synopsis
Liam joined Prettys in June 2020, having spent fifteen years working in commercial roles in the construction industry.
Liam qualified as a solicitor in September 2022 and works across the Construction and Commercial Dispute Resolution teams. Liam’s industry experience means he can provide a practical and commercial angle to matters on which the Construction team is instructed. Liam specialises in adjudication and residential construction disputes.
Liam holds a master’s degree in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution, awarded by King’s College London in December 2020.
Personal Synopsis
In his spare time, Liam volunteers for Colchester Bike Kitchen, a non-profit organisation that helps customers to learn to repair and maintain their own bikes.
