Planning & Development in Essex

January 2018 - Issue 101

In February 2018 Prettys’ real estate team is hosting a seminar at Essex County Cricket Club exploring opportunities for planning and development in Essex. We will be joined by Jeremy Potter, Planning and Strategic Housing Policy Manager at Chelmsford City Council, who will provide an insight into the provisions of Chelmsford City Council’s new local plan as the financial process draws to its conclusion.

Prettys’ senior commercial property lawyer, Claire Barritt, will also provide a general overview of the impact of the community infrastructure levy and the assessment of viability concerns in relation to planning applications.
