East Anglian based solicitors Prettys have galvanised their multidisciplinary experts into a new Real Estate team to deliver exceptional service to clients.

The restructured team will be led by partner Peter Blake and will offer a range of services across the property, construction and development sectors, from one integrated professional team. The aim of bringing the disciplines together in one team is to offer a seamless service to all clients, whatever their requirements.

Prettys CEO Ian Carr said; “We have listened to what our clients have said to us and that is, they want to know that they can go to one team of experts to have all their real estate needs dealt with. We have brought together the expertise from our Construction Group and Commercial Property team and combined that with our contentious property, regulatory and procurement offerings to provide a “one stop shop” for real estate clients.”

The new Real Estate team will advise on the full spectrum of circumstances arising in connection with the lifecycle of a property from funding, land acquisition and promotion, procurement of project teams and development of a site (all the while ensuring client’s interests are adequately protected, value is maximised and risk minimised) through to the management of issues arising with tenants, occupiers, neighbours and regulators by mobilising experts in contentious property, construction and regulation.

Peter Blake, who will lead the new Real Estate team added; “Having all services in one real estate team will create efficiencies in service, optimal communication, ensure client’s needs are met cost effectively and ensure the necessary knowledge of each individual client situation is fully understood, opportunities identified and pitfalls avoided. We look forward to serving our great client base and continuing to win ever more clients as a result of our delivery of exceptional client service.”
