Last week, Ian Carr has been helping our chosen charity, Papworth Trust, celebrate their Silver Gilt Award-winning garden at the prestigious Chelsea Flower Show.

Papworth Trusts’ garden entitled ‘Together we can’ was created by Peter Eustance, of Bourne-based Symphonic Gardens, as a unique acoustic landscape inspired by world renowned solo percussionist Dame Evelyn Glennie.

Commenting on his experience, CEO Ian Carr said, “It was a privilege to be invited to see the Papworth Trust’s incredible acoustic garden at the Chelsea Flower Show. The garden itself was absolutely beautiful and the reaction from all the guests and visitors was fantastic. The work that the Papworth Trust delivers is so important and we are delighted to support them through our fundraising activities.”

This spring, staff at Prettys have raised over £2,200 for Papworth Trust and plan to continue their fundraising efforts throughout the year.
