Will Aid

December 2016

Prettys' contribution to Will Aid

Each November, Prettys’ Estates Department takes part in Will Aid. Our experienced estates solicitors assist local people in writing their wills free of charge. In return, clients are asked to make a voluntary donation to Will Aid of a suggested amount of £95 for a basic will or £150 for a pair of basic mirror wills.

The firm was commended by the local East Anglian newspapers in 2014 for being one of the main regional firms to raise the sum of £5,300.

Prettys took part in Will Aid once again this November. Our Estates Department was fully booked with  20 appointments and we look forward to seeing how much is raised this year.

The Estates Department also volunteer their time pro bono for St Elizabeth Hospice, St Nicholas Hospice, Farleigh Hospice and Papworth Trust.
