Our teams in our Ipswich and Chelmsford offices offer the highest level of technical expertise and service on a wide range of commercial property law issues to a variety of clients, both national and international including traders, investors, financial institutions, developers, land owners, farmers and care home owners.
We have a strong reputation as property lawyers and we pride ourselves on not only getting the job done, but getting the job done in the timeframe required by the client. We also take the trouble to understand the significance of the matter to the client.
Where appropriate we work closely with our Corporate team on the acquisition and disposal of businesses, and our Construction unit in relation to development work. We have very strong links both with local firms of surveyors, agents and other professionals in the Ipswich and Chelmsford areas and with national companies.
