For whatever stage your business is at
If you are looking for a business lawyer in the Ipswich or Chelmsford areas, the legal issues you face will be different depending on the stage which your business is at. Our corporate solicitors will give advice whether you are starting up or investing in a business; buying or selling a business or company; contracting with customers and suppliers or considering how to wind up or exit a business.
However, one factor which remains constant is the need for pragmatic legal advice from a trusted adviser who takes the time to get to know and understand you and your business.
Prettys' Corporate and Commercial team are experienced at working with businesses at each stage of their life cycle. Knowledge of the law is only the starting point; we understand that to add real value you need straightforward, practical advice which is tailored to your business and your objectives.
Whatever area of law you need advice on, our team will be happy to discuss your requirements and explain the value we could add.
