Solicitor - Employment

We have an opportunity for an ambitious and hard working Solicitor to join our leading Employment team undertaking a full remit of employment work for high quality clients across a wide range of sectors. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced and target-driven team with a clear ambition for growth and development.

The ideal candidate will have trained at a well-regarded law firm and gained at least 3-4 years + employment experience (although candidates with more experience are also encouraged to apply). You will have broad employment law experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters and capable of working independently on more complex matters. You will have a high level of organisation and communication skills, and capable of demonstrating excellent standards of client care and commercial awareness. The successful candidate will be a hard-working team player who enjoys business development and is able to build strong client relationships with the desire to assist in driving the team forward.

Salary will be competitive, based on experience.

Solicitor - Corporate (full time)

We are looking to expand within our Corporate team and an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor with 2 years + PQE experience.

The role requires working on an interesting and varied caseload within the corporate law field including working with mergers and acquisitions, company re-organisations and would require some commercial contracts experience. A high level of organisation and communication skills, client focus and commercial awareness are required. The successful candidate will be a hard-working team player who enjoys business development and is able to build strong client relationships with the desire to assist in driving the team forward.

Salary will be competitive salary,  based on experience.

Business Development & Marketing Director (full time)

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced sales and marketing person.  Joining at a senior level the successful applicant will devise and implement a business development strategy that delivers the business goals.  A thorough understanding of sales cycles, prospect pipelines and sales processes will compliment your knowledge of marketing and communication including PR.

Paralegal - Employment (full time)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Paralegal to join our Employment team. The role will support the wider employment team, providing direct support to the fee-earners and Partners on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters. This opportunity will allow the right Paralegal to gain excellent experience in an established commercial environment with a range of legal matters requiring various administrative and paralegal duties.

For this unique opportunity, the successful individual ideally will be a law graduate with excellent communication and organisation skills and the ability to handle the pressure of high volumes of work in a fast-paced and target driven environment. As well as exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, candidates should have strong IT and typing skills and a positive and flexible ‘can do’ attitude.

This is an excellent prospect for a graduate looking to pursue a career in a law friendly, supportive and team focussed environment.

Paralegal - Private Client (full time)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to join our Private Client department and provide direct support to fee-earners on a range of client matters. This opportunity will allow the right candidate to gain excellent experience in an established private client environment with a variety of legal matters requiring various administrative and paralegal duties.

For this unique opportunity, the successful individual ideally will be either an experienced paralegal or a law graduate or with an equivalent law qualification who is looking to pursue a career in law. Candidates should possess excellent communication and organisation skills and be able to demonstrate proven experience of providing excellent client care. As well as exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, candidates should have strong IT and typing skills and a positive and flexible ‘can do’ attitude.

This is an excellent prospect for a paralegal looking to pursue a career in Private Client in a friendly, supportive and team focused environment.

Client Services Assistant - Private Client (full time)

An opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant to work in the Client Services team within our Private Client Department.  This position would be ideal for someone who enjoys administration and is keen to work in the legal environment.  Primarily the role will be a supportive function for our Client Services Manager but the role is envisaged to develop and expand as our Client Services function grows.

The role will require someone who is extremely accurate with excellent computer skills and the ability to work under pressure with competing deadlines.

PA to Partner - Commercial (full time)

We have an exciting new opportunity for a PA to one of our Partners. 

Job Description:-

  • To provide PA support to include all areas of email and diary management, scheduling appointments/meetings, organising paperwork, travel arrangements and any other admin support required by the Partner.
  • To provide a filter for emails, correspondence and telephone calls.  Prioritise for Partner as appropriate.
  • To remind the Partner of important tasks and deadlines and proactively manage the role while also managing access to the Partner.
  • The ability to work with the Stake Holders of the firm and others at senior levels to ensure all relevant matters are dealt with effectively.
  • To provide typing support to include minute taking, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence as required.
  • To manage databases and filing systems and adhere to the Firm’s approved procedures and systems as appropriate.
  • To support in organisation of projects as and when required. 

The ideal candidate will possess good organisation skills, the ability to work on their own initiative, be proactive and enthusiastic. The salary will be based on experience.
